Dam: Uber's Blythe Spirit, ARI# 824031, True Black
We are pleased to introduce you to Rowdy Roustabout. He is a true black full Chilean male with excellent, award winning genetics. His sire is Valentino C who is out of Baba Ghannouj. Valentino is making waves in the midwest where he resides and we are VERY excited to offer his son for stud services here in NY. Rowdy's mom has ONLY produced true black crias! Valentino has never produced a white cria!
Rowdy took a second place ribbon at the Central NY show in Weedsport July 4th weekend! His full fleece picture looks like his fiber is bleached out a bit at the tips, but that was his cria fiber. He has now been shorn for the first time and he is JET black! Super cute full fiber face on this boy, called very 'typey' by judge Wade Gease, and excellent conformation. He is a real cutie and we intend to continue his show career.
Rowdy's pedigree has several colors in it, but mainly true black. There is no white in his pedigree at all. We expect him to pass his color on, like his father and mother. If you are breeding for black, looking for a great deal and want some new bloodlines, then in 2009, Rowdy is your man! We expect him to be ready to go by late summer of 2009 but breedings booked with him now will be good until 2010! We'll leave his fee low until he is proven to try and encourage some of you breeding for black to give this boy a try. We'll even finance at no interest until he is ready. Can't beat that deal!

VR is a maker of champions. We are so happy to have the opportunity to own part of an extremely influential herdsire like VR. He is co-owned with Armida Alpaca's of Marlboro, VT and we thank Phyllis Decker for the opportunity!!
His babies speak for themselves, most of them blue ribbon champions in the show ring. VR is known to throw color, he covers black, and gives gray when bred to gray. If you are looking for that fine Peruvian fleece, but want to keep your color options open, try VR. He will not disappoint. To top it all off, VR has a sensational personality, he is so sweet and easy to handle, yet gets the job done when put to the task.
VR has been one of the top producers for Alpacas of Maple Lane for many years now. He won his color class at Nationals in 1997. VR is second generation, Full Peruvian fawn out of Guellermo and Pperuvian Hermoza. He has that rare peachy hue to his fleece, just beautiful. His head is very elegant and his conformation is perfect.
He stands in royal company in the alpaca world, with his half brothers...Michelangelo, Checkmate (Nyala), Jeronimo (Magical), Radiator(a StudMaster Sire), Peruvian Ion, the list goes on. VR's GRAND babies are getting $3500 per breeding and are color champions.
He will be standing stud for the most part at Wild Thyme Farm, please contact us if you would like to purchase one or two or three or more breedings. Give us a call, we will work with you!!

Wild Thyme Trio
ARI# Pending
Color: Light Fawn (Perhaps Appaloosa)
Sire: Livingston
Dam: Bolivian Celene
DOB: 11/23/2008
Trio is coming along very nicely. His fiber looks to be spectacular. Very crimpy already and soft soft soft. We are quite sure his base color is a light fawn, I know in his pictures he looks beige, but you have to see his back to pick up the real pinkish hue. He has darker brown fibers running through his fleece in spots so we will see if he turns out a really light rose color or maybe even an appaloosa. It's for this reason I am offering 1/2 interest in him as a cria. I'd like to have an appaloosa herdsire myself so want to keep an eye on this little guy!
His Mom is a white, full Bolivian import with super fine and crimpy fleece, even in her old age. He has remarkable bone for his age, probably from his very large father, Livingston. Livingston is a dark chocolate brown color with a 19.9 micron. Livingston's genetics include the Accoyo Dom Lucilio and Royal Fawn bloodlines. Also from his Dad are black and gray genetics. We were hoping for an awesome cria from this match and Trio has not disappointed! He has a super personality on top of it all and we are looking forward to seeing him grow. Interested in half interest? Give us a call and we will work it out!
